Idea Lab on Shaping the Future of Food Allergies
Participate in an “Idea Lab” lunch session on “Shaping the Future of Food Allergies” – hosted by Brigham Innovation Hub. According to Food Allergy Research & Education (FARE), up to 15 million Americans have food allergies and they affect 1 in 13 children. These numbers continue to rise and not only affect quality of life in persons affected, but can be potentially fatal through anaphylaxis.
